Sessions take place via phone, Zoom, or in person at my office in South Portland, Maine

Sometimes you need a container that’s just for you.  A space where you can be fully held and supported in a compassionate way, no matter what’s arising for you.  A space where you can work through your own personal process, expertly facilitated by someone who is fully present to your process and able to stay right with you at every turn. 

As your Integrative Life Coach, I pull from a wellspring of tools and experience to inform our work. Together, we’ll more deeply understand the patterns and circumstances that are preventing you from creating the life you want to be living. From this new awareness, you’ll develop new habits, practices and ways of being that align with where you want to go.

We all get stuck. Maybe you’re seeking greater clarity or support in navigating big life changes. Perhaps you’re looking to connect more deeply with your sense of purpose or clear the way for big creativity to come through. Maybe you’d like to navigate away from cycles that no longer serve and integrate knowledge that you have into wisdom that you live by.

We co-create - through work and play! - a path forward that allows you to consistently access momentum and ease. You are already deep in the mystery of your life - let’s explore it together, in a way that leaves you feeling seen, supported, and ready to take the next step that’s right for you.

Note: As a Certified ADHD Coach, I can bring my ADHD/executive function toolkit to any coaching process, weaving it into our work in whatever ways best support you.
